Pricing in USD, billed monthly. Annual prepay saves 15%. Overage is measured at the call-end and rounded to the nearest minute. Unused included minutes do not roll over.

FAQ

Common pricing questions.

What counts as a minute?

Live talk-time on the call, rounded to the nearest minute at hangup. Hold music, post-call analytics, and SMS confirmations are included; we don't bill them.

Can I switch tiers mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades pro-rate to the new tier from the day you switch. Downgrades take effect the next billing cycle so you keep the minutes you've already paid for.

Do you charge per phone number?

One number is included with every tier. Additional DIDs are $5 / month each. Toll-free is $15 / month. Bring-your-own carrier (BYOC) supported on Pro and Enterprise.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee on Starter or Pro. Enterprise includes a one-time onboarding spend that covers integration build, custom voice clone, and SSO config — quoted in the contract.

What about HIPAA / SOC 2?

HIPAA-ready audit logs are on every tier. BAA available on Pro and Enterprise. SOC 2 Type II report shared under NDA on Enterprise contracts.
